Newly revealed text messages from Democratic Virginia Attorney General nominee Jay Jones show him fantasizing about shooting Republicans, wishing violence on the children of a colleague, mocking the graves of political opponents, and saying he’d go to his Republican colleagues “funerals to piss on their graves”

This is not only horrific and disturbing, it is a clear disqualifier for public office.

Senate Minority Leader Lori Berman and House Minority Leader Fentrice Driskell must answer one simple question now: Will you condemn these disgusting remarks and violent rhetoric, or will you quietly support them with your silence?

Floridians deserve to know the character of their elected officials and whether they condone such vile behavior.
