1. Important: By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by the Official Rules below and represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

1. SPONSOR: The Sponsor of this Promotion is Republican Party of Florida, located at: 420 E. Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, FL 32301.
2. ENTRY PERIOD: The Promotion begins on Monday, September 15, 2025, at 12:00 pm Eastern Time and ends on Monday, October 20, 2025 at 11:59 pm Eastern Time. All entries must be received by 11:59 pm Eastern Time on Monday, October 20, 2025 .
3. ELIGIBILITY: All federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the eligibility of entrants apply. The Promotion is open to citizens and permanent residents (green card holders) of the United States who are legal residents of one of the fifty states, Puerto Rico, or the District of Columbia and are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority as determined by state law. Foreign nationals are prohibited from entering. Entrants making a contribution must conform to contribution limitations and prohibitions as provided by Florida or other applicable law as listed on Sponsor’s contribution page. Officers, ongoing contractors and service providers, and employees of Sponsor and its agents, or the immediate families of each, are not eligible to enter or win.
4. ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: There are two ways to enter the Promotion online:

Make a contribution pursuant to the limitations and prohibitions of Federal, Florida, and all other applicable laws, as listed on the contribution page. No minimum contribution is required, and making a contribution will not increase your chances of winning.

Entrants must follow form instructions and complete all necessary fields in order to submit an entry.  Receipt of entries will not be confirmed by Sponsor.  Entries must be received during the Entry Period.

1. ERRORS AND ENTRY PROBLEMS: Sponsor is not responsible for computer, communication, or network problems or other submission errors that result in late or damaged entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any potential entrant’s failed attempt to upload or download any information in connection with the Promotion, or any technical malfunction that occurs during the entry process.
2. PRIZE DESCRIPTION: Twenty-four (24) winners will receive the following:
   1. Two (2) tickets for the winner and a guest to attend Megyn Kelly LIVE in Jacksonville, FL or Miami, FL (based on availability and as indicated on the submission form), with an approximate retail value of $90 per ticket. 

The total approximate retail value of the prize is $180. Limit one (1) prize per winner. Additional restrictions apply as outlined in these Rules.

1. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: The Prize is awarded as-is with no warranties of any kind.  The Prize is non-transferable.  The Prize may not be substituted for cash or any other Prize; however, the Sponsor may, at its discretion, substitute a different prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for all travel and hotel and any other ancillary expenses associated with themselves and guest attending the event. The value of the Prize may be taxable as income under federal, state, or local laws, and the winner will receive an IRS 1099 Form for the value of the Prize.  Taxes and other obligations, if any, related to the prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.  Sponsor makes no representation as to the tax treatment of the prize.  The winner shall have the sole and complete responsibility to seek tax and accounting counsel with regard to the tax consequences of the prize.  
2. DETERMINATION OF WINNER: Thirty (30) potential winners will be chosen by random drawing, from the pool of all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.  The drawing will occur at the Republican Party of Florida office located in Tallahassee, Florida on Wednesday, October 22, 2025. The Sponsor may, at its discretion, conduct background checks on some or all of the potential winners to ensure they do not present security risks to Sponsor. The Sponsor will then select twenty-four (24) winners, whom, in the sole judgment of Sponsor best represent Sponsor. Limit one (1) prize per winner. The winners will be notified no later than Thursday, October 23, 2025 by email or telephone.  Winner must submit the name, address, telephone, number and email of their guest.  Winner’s guest must be approved by the Sponsor.  If winner’s guest is not approved by Sponsor, winner may submit an alternate guest for approval. The Sponsor may, at its discretion, conduct background checks on the guest to ensure they do not present security risks to Sponsor.  
3. WINNER RESTRICTIONS: As a condition of receipt of the Prize, except where prohibited by law, the winners must execute and deliver to Sponsor: (a) an Affidavit of Eligibility; and (b) a Liability Release. The winner must respond to his/her notification and complete and return all required documents within one (1) day of notification in order to be awarded the Prize. If the winner does not meet eligibility requirements, fails to respond to the notification within one (1) day, or fails to return the signed documents within one (1) day, he or she will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining entries, in the same manner as outlined above.
4. COPYRIGHTS & TRADEMARKS: The marks associated with this Promotion are the sole property of Sponsor. Third party marks are property of their respective owners. All Promotion materials, including these Rules, are copyrighted works owned by Republican Party of Florida.
5. REQUESTING RULES, NAME OF WINNERS, OR DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE: To receive a written copy of the Promotion rules, the name of the Promotion winners, or a description of the Prize, please send your request and a self-addressed stamped return envelope to Republican Party of Florida, Attn: Payton Russom/MK2025:  420 E Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, FL 32301. Requests for a copy of the Promotion rules or a description of the prize must be received no later than Friday, October 20, 2025. The winners names may be obtained beginning Wednesday, November 1, 2025. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
6. INTERPRETATIONS & DISPUTES: Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s interpretation thereof. All interpretations of the Rules and other Promotion materials shall be made at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Leon County, Florida.
7. VIOLATION OF RULES & LAW: Entrants who attempt to violate or who violate these Rules will be disqualified. Entrants who tamper with Sponsor’s computer or network systems, or other systems, in an attempt to disrupt the Promotion or increase chances of winning, or violate any law governing this Promotion, will be reported to relevant authorities and disqualified.
8. GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE: By entering this Promotion, entrants release Sponsor and its agents from any liability whatsoever and waive all claims and causes of action arising from or related to this Promotion.
9. OTHER CONDITIONS: This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply to this Promotion. If any terms or provisions of the Official Rules are held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to change the Official Rules at any time, or withdraw, limit, modify or cancel the Prize.
10. PRIVACY POLICY AND USE OF DATA: Republican Party of Florida’s regular Privacy Policy available at https://florida.gop/privacy-policy-2/ shall also apply to this Promotion. Where the Privacy Policy conflicts with the Official Rules, the Official Rules control. Entrants will be placed on the Republican Party of Florida’s contact list to receive political, fundraising, and campaign updates, but may opt out at any time.
11. NO AFFILIATION WITH THIRD PARTIES: The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third parties like Facebook or Instagram. In addition to paragraph 16, by entering this Promotion, entrants release Facebook and Instagram from any liability whatsoever and waive all claims and causes of action against Facebook and Instagram arising from or related to this Promotion. In addition to paragraph 15, entrants who register for this Promotion via a third party like Facebook or Instagram must comply with that third party’s individual rules. Violations of those rules by the entrant shall be disqualifying.
