The Republican Party of Florida is calling on Democrat Representatives Darren Soto and Jared Moskowitz to condemn the violent and extremist rhetoric seen at recent “No Kings” rallies across the country.
At these events, protesters waved Communist propaganda, displayed signs of President Trump with a bullseye on his head reading “WANTED: BETTER SNIPERS,” and called for violence against law enforcement officers.
“Democrats can’t stay silent while their supporters glorify political violence,” said Republican Party of Florida Chairman Evan Power. “We saw ‘No Kings’ protestors mocking the death of Charlie Kirk. They think this is funny, it’s not. That kind of behavior is disgusting, dangerous, and unacceptable. It’s time for Soto and Moskowitz to make it clear: political violence should never be condoned or celebrated.”

Power continued, “Every elected official has a responsibility to stand for law, order, and civility, and to demand the same from their supporters.”
While the Left fans chaos, Florida leaders are taking action to keep people safe. Attorney General James Uthmeier and the Office of Statewide Prosecutor recently announced the arrest of a Texas man who made violent, antisemitic threats against Jewish conservative figures and free speech advocates living in Florida, including Laura Loomer, Josh Hammer, and Seth Dillon.
“Florida is leading by example,” Power added. “We’re protecting free speech, holding violent actors accountable, taking threats seriously and showing what real leadership looks like. We thank Attorney General Uthmeier for his swift action and commitment to justice.”
